Ayurveda
Ayurveda translates as “the knowledge of life”. It is the traditional healing system of India and the world’s oldest holistic healthcare system for wellness and self-care.
Ayurvedic medicine covers physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, and offers a range of methods for healing—including daily and seasonal routines, food principles, herbs, movement, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle practices—that are tailored to the unique constitution of the individual.
Ayurveda is an invitation to recognize your potential for self-healing and to take responsibility for your own health through continuous participation in aligning with that which nourishes you.
Consultations
One-on-one Ayurveda consultations provide individualized, compassionate support in making simple changes that can transform your life.
In an initial consultation, I will get to know you and your health and lifestyle goals. I’ll offer simple, actionable steps within our session, and follow up with a personalized wrap-around treatment plan to support and nourish you.
There are two paths to working together:
Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultation
Your initial consultation will include guidance on Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and daily routines to support and nourish health and wellness. We consider any current imbalances and make simple changes for deep transformation.
Your personalized, wrap-around treatment plan may incorporate specific stress response support and holistic wellness practices for greater wellness and mental health.
Follow-up consultations (for existing clients);
We cater to your current needs and goals as your wellness plan grows and evolves to create sustainable habits. I’ll support you as you explore how to nurture your nature, find freedom in feeling good, and deepen your connection with body, mind, and spirit.
Three Wisdom Traditions (3WT) Wellness Coaching
Following an initial Ayurveda lifestyle consultation, you may choose to continue our work together with the Three Wisdom Traditions.
3WT wellness coaching integrates the healing wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and psychology, and includes a six-stage treatment model to engage in wellness practices that develop self-regulation, adaptability, and resiliency, provide tools for stress management, promote wellbeing and mental health, and offer support in navigating life’s transitions.
3WT supports a return to balance in life and is particularly helpful for reducing stress, promoting mental health, and navigating life’s transitions. 3WT is also suitable for caregivers, and healing professionals of all traditions, to create a balanced lifestyle and support practices for your own care and to decrease burnout and secondary traumatization that can occur in these fields.

As a certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Three Wisdom Traditions wellness coach, and registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), I currently offer one-on-one lifestyle consultations and wellness coaching via phone/video call.
