As a practitioner, I value yoga as a healing arts practice, providing guidance to learn more about ourselves, each other, and how to live more peacefully in the world.

Grounded in personal practice and influenced by my teachers, my teaching style blends heart-centered intention with compassionate guidance, weaving themes from daily life, shared experiences, and the wisdom traditions of yoga and Ayurveda with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

  • Yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) with 2,500+ teaching hours and specialized training in meditation, pranayama, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for mental health, and trauma-informed practices

  • Certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Three Wisdom Traditions wellness coach with a certificate in plant-based nutrition
